A: Mike, the rough opening for a 36" door with 2 12 inch sidelights is 64-1/4" wide by 81-1/8" high, and that is with a continuous head and sill, if you need it wider, you can also order it as a box construction or box construction with a spread mull--the unit can be order shorter if need be, see your local HD store for pricing and availability

A: Double Door.. 1 side is considered Active, other side inactive. Inactive side can be opened by unlocking the flush bolts in astragal.
