A:  You can go on the Feather River Website under Contact and fill out a warranty claim. Some doors can appear to be warped if not installed plumb.

A:  Yes. The door stain does have a polyurethane topcoat with uv inhibitors. Will need to be maintained every 3-4 years.

A:  Mike, the rough opening for a 36" door with 2 12 inch sidelights is 64-1/4" wide by 81-1/8" high, and that is with a continuous head and sill, if you need it wider, you can also order it as a box construction or box construction with a spread mull--the unit can be order shorter if need be, see your local HD store for pricing and availability

A:  We do have FL #'s for these doors, they are not HVHZ Impact rated but do have FL Approval

A:  Double Door.. 1 side is considered Active, other side inactive. Inactive side can be opened by unlocking the flush bolts in astragal.
