A: Hello and thank you for contacting Gazebo Penguin. Our items do not have snow loads but they have been designed to stay up all year long. We simply recommend to remove the accumulated snow from the roof. Thank you.

A: Gazebo was delivered to the wrong address on Dec 29, 2021 and it’s been very stressful because as of today, Jan 19, 2022 we are still waiting for the gazebo because we have not received it yet . Delivery people are not organized and they do not communicate well . I’ve called more than 10x on this issue and still till this day, nothing is resolved .
Delivery is unprofessional and unresponsive .

Q:This will go on my concrete slab but wanted to get some ideas from others that have this solarium already, what they used as a floor? Im thinking to lay palets secured to eachother down first with plywood on top and install the solarium on top to elevate it off the ground like another reviewer stated they did, then lay a rug or some kind of carpetting over the plywood as the flooring. I think this will help keep the rain from the ground from spilling into the solarium and allow air to flow which may also help control the temperatures in the summers and winters from getting too cold or too warm inside. Can you please share what you did for flooring? Any suggestions would be very helpful. Thank you.

A: Hello Cutter, Thank you for your question. In the USA, we recommend going to www.thumbtack.com or GOCONFIGURE.com. In Canada, we recommend asking your local hardware store if they recommend any contractors. I hope this heps.

A: Hello
The unit comes with some anchoring system, but the customer needs to buy some other anchoring from their hardware store, depending on the surface where they are putting their unit.
I believe the hardware store will be able to help you with this request.
if you wish, you can send us a picture of the are where you are putting the unit and we can ask our technical department for you. Thank you

A: The doors can only go on the long sides on the 12x18. You can contact Gazebo Penguin and order single wide doorways to convert it, though the process has taken me 3 weeks so far to get the quote, and I have to snail mail them an international money order. It's about $1200 with shipping as of this writing.
