A:  Brand new install-I handled every bit of it with care-my cartridge was bad out of the box. Cartridge was rattling and it would not shut off, leaked everywhere inside my wall while building my house. Got a new cartridge-no more leak. Never buying again.

You want to make sure the cartridge is seated, and the bonnet is tight against the Rough In valve. Also, starting on page 11 / Section 10 shows how to access and adjust the Limit stop ring.
