Q:Does this unit have a 3-prong plug for grounding or a 2-prong regular plug on the cord....and I did not get a clear answer when someone asked if the outside gets hot to the touch....

We recommend you keep combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes and curtains at least 3 ft.
