Q:Can i connect two separate lines to this transformer. I want to have my deck lights operate separately from my path lights.

Q:transformer is about 4 mo. old has been working till 2 days ago. trouble shot settings ok. "no power coming out of terminals. reset the reset button. still no power. now what? it"s a 200 watt model with only 120 watt being used.

A: Goodmorning Jim, when you trouble shoot make sure you hold the ok button down for 3 to 4 seconds wait until you 88:88 then 2 seconds after that 12:00 this how you know the transformer has been factory reset and see if that helps.
Next make sure that you tightened down the screws on each terminal to make sure your lights are receiving proper power.
If all else fails call the help hampton bay hotline, have your original receipt ready and we at Eaglerise can send you a replacement transformer

Q:I want my lights to go off a certain amount of time after they go on. So if the photo eye turns the lights on at 8, am I able to set it to go off 4 hrs later or do I have to set the clock? The time that it goes on changes with the time of year and weather

A: Hello, you can program the unit that way by selecting "photocell / time on/off. This function will turn the lights on at sunset, then you input a specific time for them to go off. Thank you.
