A:  Yes because it is vented at the top. However. I would place a couple of bricks at the bottom to raise the unit up out of the stone. This will provide proper air flow all around the unit.

A:  The fire pit needs to be on a non combustible surface.

A:  Better on the ground. If you place it on a table top. Just line a couple of bricks around the bottom rail to Raise the unit up away from the table surface. No good for glass or plastic table tops . Wooden picnic table if you Raise the unit . Or an unsplit log or stump would be good too.

A:  The fire pit is 19" in diameter

A:  It's roughly two feet in diameter, maybe a little more.

A:  There is a 10 ft hose included.

A:  Yes just connect to propane tank and good to go

A:  The fuel regulator valve is the same as those used on propane gas grills however a gas line and regulator come with the unit use that one. Sparks? Well yea . You can blow yourself up if your not careful. Please read the instruction manual before operating.

A:  A full tank at high heat will be about 7-8 hours, medium heat will be about 8-10 hours, and on low heat can be about 10-12 hours.

A:  It is usually 7-9 hours of heat and ambiance per tank.
