A: It could be radio frequency interference, or the remote receiver is malfunctioning. These systems have 16 different channels so it may be picking up something else. You could try another frequency code in the receiver and remote. Or, you can replace the receiver and change the code upon installing. It will be one of the two. Q:The fan can no longer change speeds. Low medium and high are all the same. The romete works for lights and on off etc. Any idea what’s causing this?

A: It is the remote receiver or the motor. I would recommend getting both replacement parts. Start with the receiver and if that doesn't fix change out the motor. If you want these parts email service@summer-wind.info with name, address and request and they will cover under warranty.

Q:I have 6 of these and hate the remote controls, the buttons are terrible. Is there another remote control or ideally a wall switch that is compatible with this fan??

A: There are no other controls per se. However, you can get universal remote controls that will work on this AC fan if you like the button layout better, etc. You can also get a universal wall switch remote that will tie into your switch leg that would work. The other options is hard-wire the fans and use a standard dual hard-wire control for fan and light.

Q:We purchased this model ceiling fan a few months ago. This is supposed to have an anti wobble feature but it still wobbles when on highest setting. The light also comes on randomly. Would you please explain why this is happening?
