Q:Can the thermometer be used to check the temperature of individual circuit breakers in my breaker panel?
by|Aug 25, 2024
1 Answer
Answer This Question
A: This thermometer is configured with a 10:1 optical resolution (distance-to-spot ratio). The distance-to-spot ratio defines the size of the measurement area relative to the distance between the measurement location and the IR sensor. As you move further from the target, the measurement area increases and accuracy decreases.
