A:  They do spring open until opening the door about 70 degrees, then the spring will open the door to 90 degrees

A:  They are included. I had to shim my doors a bit to get alignment. I used the protective coverings from the screws to help facilitate that. Very helpful

A:  All hardware is included. There should be one screw per hinge to attach the hinge to the faceframe.

A:  Mounting hardware is included for these hinges and it is of decent quality. I had no issues with the screws stripping out unlike other brands.
