A: Our play sets are designed to be free standing and with that require a flat surface to sit on to ensure that all points of the play set are resting on the ground.

A: Our play sets are designed to be weather resistant. All metal parts are powder coated on this play set to help prevent rusting. We do recommend doing regular inspections of your play set.

A: I live in Massachusetts and my swing set survived a brutal winter without any problems . In course if time there will be some rusty spots here and there , which you can patch up with touch up paint . In general , this is a pretty winter resistant model.

Q:How hot does the metal and plastic parts of this swing set get in the summer? We live in Texas and it gets wickedly hot here. I noticed on the video that the slide is designed to NOT retain heat, what about the rest of the set?
