A:  yes you do not really need the roof. It more of a cosmetic thing than a necessity.

A:  Yes you can. you do not need the roof to complete the setup. its more cosmetic thing than it is for stability.

A:  We do not recommend leaving the roof of the club house off of our play set.

A:  This play set is manufactured in China.

A:  Slide weight limit states 150lbs directly on it

A:  The weight capacity for each swing station is 140 lbs. and the weight capacity for the slide is 150 lbs.

A:  It can moved but it will take several men. Only across the yard not to another residence without dismantling.

A:  We would recommend having at least 4 people to pick up and move this play set.

A:  Nope, have a very uneven yard and it turned out fine.

A:  Our play sets are designed to be free standing and with that require a flat surface to sit on to ensure that all points of the play set are resting on the ground.

A:  Absolutely not. Ours is down by a creek in the backyard. Not flat at all!

A:  Our play sets are designed to be weather resistant. All metal parts are powder coated on this play set to help prevent rusting. We do recommend doing regular inspections of your play set.

A:  I live in Massachusetts and my swing set survived a brutal winter without any problems . In course if time there will be some rusty spots here and there , which you can patch up with touch up paint . In general , this is a pretty winter resistant model.

A:  It will get very hot to the point of causing burns if it is very hot outside . Even the slide gets hot

A:  Any parts that are exposed to direct sunlight will heat up but not to the point where the play set cannot be used.

A:  Unfortunately we do not have a twist slide option for any of our play sets.
