A:  The rope is provided and there's plenty of it.

A:  Rope should have been included. Please contact 1-877-BIKEAID for a replacement.

A:  It really depends on how heavy the bike is. Ours is a old fashioned three speed full size bike and is heavy and I found it a little difficult to raise.

A:  It depends on your child but the pulleys take a lot of the weight off. My 12 year old daughter can raise it.

A:  Do not allow children to use this unsupervised. It is a simple and easy to use design, but it does use ropes and is holding weight in the air that could cause injury if not connected to the bike or wall properly.
