    Answer This Question

A:  Hi! Yes, our Meta Versailles Coper can be cut to suit any installation preferences. We recommend using a wet saw with a diamond tipped blade as it offers the best cut with the least chance of breakage. If you have any further questions, please give us a call at (800)-963-7652.

Q:Just had this installed on my backsplash with brown sandless chocolate brown grout. The grout has not been coming out of the crevices of the intricate tile and leaving haze on the rest of the tile. The tile looked amazing prior to grouting. Any recommendations to assist w/ removal?? Next to try is Solfamic acid crystals if it works ok on test tile. HELP!

        Answer This Question

A:  Good Afternoon, The best time to remove this grout would have been when it was still wet. Being that the grout has dried, it may be tough to remove. We suggest trying a grout haze remover to clean up the haze on the tile. Home Depot always recommends Custom Building Products installation materials, and their Aqua Mix Non-Cement Grout Haze Remover http://thd.co/2oDVkRB may be a good option to explore. You may want to test a piece on scrap tile prior to using this on the whole installation. We would recommend trying non-acidic products before switching to acidic ones as they are less likely to damage your tile. If you have any further questions about the grout haze remover, we recommend reaching out to Custom Building Products at (800)-282-8786. If you have any further questions about the tile, please give us a call at (800)-963-7652. Hope this helps!

Q:What color grout would you recommend for this tile?

          Answer This Question

A:  Good Afternoon, Home Depot always recommends Custom Building Products installation materials. #105 Earth, #122 Linen and #540 Truffle are three great colors to consider. Grout color is ultimately a matter of personal preference, so it is always best to compare the product to the grout prior to installation. Home Depot offers dried grout samples in the flooring department that you could compare the tile to prior to making a purchase. We recommend using unsanded grout with clean, plastic tools to prevent scratching the metal finish. If you have any further questions, please give us a call at (800)-963-7652. Hope this helps!

Q:Hello! We are considering this product for an outdoor project in Southern California. It would be installed as the backsplash (about 8 x 5 ft) for a BBQ area, located on an uncovered exterior wall of the house. Do you think this would be successful? Thanks very much.

A:  Good afternoon, These tiles are just fine for outdoor usage. The surface can get scratched by grit or sand, though, so please keep that in mind when selecting cleaning products. Thanks for your interest in our products!

A:  Hey there, Great question you asked. As long as you install the tiles properly and seal them periodically, then you'll have no worries with having them outside. Joseph
