A: a plexi cutter can kind of work - i use a 24 tooth saw on these all the time - just cut slow and it will not chip - i went to a 4 1/2 " saw dewalt to cur these - i found a great match

A: The sneeze guard is thicker than their other plex glass so I think that you would have a hard time. They have other plex glass that is thinner that a box knife would work. Good luck

A: It’s pretty thick for that. I used my table saw with no problem and actually it worked well. They have thinner plex glass that you could use a box cutter. I would recommend that instead.
