Using a power saw can you make a clean cut on these pressure treated posts?

Answer This Question
A: Yes you will just have to make 2 cuts
by|Mar 31, 2020
A: You can cut them cleanly with a circular saw. I recommend clamping or nailing a guide on the side of the post to minimize movement of the saw, if you're going to trim them after setting them in the ground.
by|Aug 20, 2019
A: Yes. If you have a 10” or 12” miter saw you can saw through your 4 x 4’s and create 10” lengths. A stiff blade on a sawsall can also be used.

A: Pressure Treated material can be cut and bored. Make sure you use End Cut Solution on all cuts & bore holes or you will void your warranty.
Good luck with your project.

A: Yes. I would recommend a table saw or cross cut saw with the ability to cut 4 x 4 posts. you should make sure you are using a high quality cross cut blade such as a Diablo blade.
