Answer This Question
A: Inventory status as of 7/9/2021: We are managing the current challenges of raw materials as well as logistics with our goal to be in-stock on 99.9% of our products.
However, with the delays we are facing as a whole, we do expect there to be some challenges periodically.
Currently we are offering only the 1L size of Cristallo White Limewash on Home Depot Online.
Thank you for understanding.

Q:I have stacked ledger natural stone on the exterior of my house and was told my a masoned that this product would not absorb into the stone. Is this true? If it would work, what color would be best to lighten up the stone but still complement the upper paint color?

Answer This Question
A: Classico Limewash is formulated to be easily applied onto unsealed and unpainted brick, stone, or masonry surfaces. Check for absorbency on your masonry surface with water to see if it soaks up
(absorbent) and doesn’t form droplets or sit directly on the surface (non-absorbent and
will not work). Classico Limewash is formulated to continue to patina over time, adding to that antique limewash look. If you want a solid paint coverage that does not patina over time then Romabio Masonry Flat and Textured are both an easy, two-coat paint process. They are formulated to go on unsealed and unpainted brick, stone or masonry surfaces. For the following surfaces, Pre-painted Brick, Pre-painted Stone, Poured Concrete, Portland or Gypsum Stucco, CMU Block, Cementitious Board, and Wood, you must use one coat of Romabio MicroGrip Primer first, then apply the two coats of Masonry Flat or Masonry Textured as recommended in the Technical Data Sheet.

Q:To use this on an interior fireplace would I wipe it off with a cloth? Do you always dilute it with water or does that depend on how dark you want it?

Answer This Question
A: I used on the exterior, but yes you absolutely have to dilute it with water. There are great videos on utube for doing fireplaces. I believe they used rags to wipe.
by|Jan 9, 2023
A: Hello KrsitieQ. Dilution instructions are the same for interior masonry surfaces. For the interior, whether fireplace or accent wall, use a water spray bottle and clean white cloth to distress. For more information and video tutorials visit our website at www.romabio.com

Answer This Question
A: Make sure you clean "pressure wash" the project really well so the product can penetrate the pores. Youtube has some really helpful videos on projects that came out great. Also I'm sure the label gives directions also.
