Q:Im hoping to run this thru a 3" sched. 40 PVC pipe under my driveway along with a 1/2" Elec conduit for LV lighting. This product will then be connected above ground to my 1/2" drip irr. lines. Should i be able to do this with out issues?

A:  Hi Greg, Thank you for contacting SharkBite. The SharkBite 1/2 in. x 100 ft. Coil Blue PEX-A Pipe will fit inside the 3" schedule 40 PVC. I would recommend measuring the (OD) outer diameter of each pipe to ensure they will both fit inside the PVC pipe. Coil Red PEX-A Pipe can be used with the following types of products when sealing between PEX tubing/fittings and slab penetration protection devices. - Latex caulk - Latex foam - Silicone sealant - Polyurethane expanding foam.             A:  Hi Tony, The SharkBite PEX-A pipe has been tested and approved for expansion fittings that are tested and approved to the (ASTM F1960) standard. If the Apollo fittings are tested to the same standard then you can use the fittings with the SharkBite PEX-A pipe.
