A:  Home Depot should really consider removing the third party vendor. I never received my plants and had a hard time contacting the third party vendor as they never answered their phone or returned any of my phone calls. Representatives of Home Depot also had a hard time locating them (they had to google their location and contact information).

A:  I got mine as a gift takeaway for a birthday. They are real and from what I’ve seen every two weeks is okay to water, the ones that aren’t flush against the soil are doing better than the others. Probably due to the watering. They will grow regardless, it’s a plant.

Q:How closely would you space these in a planter box? I want to take out dead flowers, put in new soil, and put in succulents. Also, would you use cactus soil? Thank you!

A:  Hello Goldfishlinda52 and thank you for your question. Since succulents are slow growers, you can plant these plants closely (with the leaves touching adjacent plants) or leave a small space between the plants. Remove the old flowers and soil from your planter box, replace with Cactus Palm and Citrus Potting Soil Mix (https://www.homedepot.com/p/Miracle-Gro-8-qt-Cactus-Palm-and-Citrus-Potting-Soil-Mix-72078500/204502296) and plant your beautiful new succulents. Be sure that the planter has drainage holes since the succulents will not survive if left in standing water. Best wishes on your project.
