    A:  Hi Cory Rail extensions are available for 8' and 10' tall doors. For a 9' tall door you need to use a 10' extension kit. The extra length is not a problem, you simply adjust the travel limits on the garage door opener during programming to set it for the height of the door.       A:  Hi Tom Trying to fully understand your question, if you are asking for the length of the rail including the header bracket, it's about 119" from the wall bracket to the back of the metal tube rail, without the sprocket, now depending on which holes you are measuring to you can calculate the difference.               A:  Yes, there is Manufactures warranty.  In addition, Home Depot will back this up.  My unit has been in operation for years without any problems.  Great unit and ultra quiet operation.
