A:  Under the table is drawers, so I don't know how a tray could be installed.

A:  I don't think so. I think the drawers would make the tray too low to be comfortable.

A:  You have 25" from floor to bottom of drawers. Keep in mind the frame takes up another inch. Given this, you have 24" of clearance from floor to bottom of desk.
