A: We are very sorry to inform you that due to the new flow rate restrictions that were implemented by the California State Energy Commission; VIGO will no longer offer shower panels to our California based customers. VIGO’s intention is to always be transparent to our valued customers. Our company’s mission statement is “to enhance living by providing the most creative products and customer experience”. We feel that altering our shower panels to comply with the CEC Laws will not only have a negative impact on our product, but also on our customer’s experience. Our shower panels are created and designed for both luxury and functionality and reducing the flow rate will have a dramatic impact to them. We truly appreciate your understanding and do carry other products which are CEC Complaint.

Q:It appears the top of this unit is open to the piping and controls behind the panel front. Correct?
If so, warm moist air and water can regularly get behind the front panel grow mold and mildew. This appears to be a problem since there is no easy way to clean behind the panel with taking the whole thing down. How are owners dealing with keeping mold and mildew from behind the front panel?

Q:Will I have to make more holes in the marble shower wall?
by|Apr 23, 2016

Answer This Question
A: Yes you will. The brackets the shower panel sits on have to be screwed into the shower wall. Whatever material your shower walls are made of will have to have holes drilled in them.
by|May 4, 2023
A: That would depend on your current shower. Most likely yes, the inlets for this tower are at the bottom. But if you currently have a single mixer valve, it would be possible to run hoses inside this enclosure. Cleanest install, tho, would be to remove a section the same size as the enclosure and recess it into the marble.
