Answer This Question

A:  Dear Barbara, Yes, the most noisy things about this washer are the signals indicating the cycle. The washer itself runs quietly and efficiently. Sincerely, hamrdul

A:  Hi Barbara, It is quite, you can judge for yourself by watching the video I did of ours running. I hope this helps.

A:  I don't think ANY front loader will not have mold if all you do is leave the door and drawer open. You need to wipe dry underneath the rubber ring and also REMOVE the dispenser drawer and dump out any remaining water (and leave it out until it air dries).

A:  It is a huge issue. I found the interior of the machine where the soap dispenser is loaded (inserted) covered in mold. There is noting in the user manual about needing to dry out this area or leave the soap dispenser open after every use, yet here it is 7 months after purchase and it's covered in mold and I can't possibly get it all cleaned out. It also defeats the purpose if this is a "Load and Go" drawer where you can add in a bunch of soap and not worry about adding soap for many loads.

A:  Hi Shockstar00, we understand your concerns fully. However, washers are sealed air tight to prevent water leakage, so proper air flow and cleaning is key with any brand washer. There are preventative measures that we do recommend owners take to prevent this, which include regular cleanings with Affresh washer tablets and leaving the door and dispenser drawer open after use to allow for proper air flow. If these measures are followed and performed regularly, it can great reduce, if rectify the issue all together. We should also mention that while reviews online can seem daunting, they really only represent a small number of our customers. Unfortunately, our customers who are satisfied and not having this issue rarely find it necessary to share their experience. We hope this helps!

A:  Mold can be a problem in any front load washer. The HE soap does not break down well in cold water so try to use warm water or at least your final weeks load in hot water. I use only 2 Tbls of HE soap for a full load and tub clean monthly with 20 mule team BORAX. It is natural and is a ph neutralizer which eliminates mold & mildew smell or you can use it as a laundry additive. The soap dispenser will have water in it after the load because the water comes in to take the soap out with a lot of force so just air it out. I have never had a problem since starting these few changes. Hope it works for you too. My machine is 8 years old now
