I am very happy with this 1 x 8 x16 primed board. I did question how finger-joint board would work out, but I can say it has performed well. The board were straight and true and very well primed (better than what I could have done).

Used to replace casings around windows. Milled with router to add edge detail and worked well with minimal need for sanding. Took paint well.

The board was cut to right dimension and that made everything great

Cracks in face of board

After sanding out the imperfections, the imperfections would rise again when paint was applied. It was a never ending circle trying to fix.

The materials are way over priced

The quality is not as good as it used to be I had to go through a lot of boards to find five good ones

Primed, ready to be painted. Smooth finish

These boards must be sanded and filled, then primed again. Not very convenient. Not at all.
