I was so happy with this plant! It came in a sturdy box, healthy green, thoroughly watered, and happy to find a new home! It has adjusted well, and is thriving!

Excellent condition and packing of plant upon delivery. Instructions provide easy planting methods.

plants we very healthy and arrived in great condition. The problem was that they were much shorter than they should have been. I sent a detailed message but got no repsonse.

They gavee way smaller plants than the description stated

They were quite a bit shorter then expected but in overall good shape. They are doing nicely in their new pots. The roots were in really good conition.

The plants are healthy but is smaller than expected. The price is a little better than in store price

Two of them died and I had to replace them before I was able to return the dead shrubs my landscaper through them out

This plant isn't such good health and condition when it came to me it was expertly packaged there was not one twig damaged from shipping, It's so healthy and green I thought it was fake at first but it is a real live plant I'm super impressed! Honestly it looks better than the photo

The 2.25 gallon pots were what I ordered. That is the pot of dirt received. However the plant is shorter than more quart or one gallon plants I have ordered! Big disappointment in the size! They do appear healthy at least. I would suggest going to the store if yours has them stocked. I purchased on line.

We ordered several of these three years ago. They were lovely and had some decent height and shape. We needed one more for a new spot in the yard. I knew it would be small, but expected the shape to be that of a sky pencil. It arrived with the top chopped off. It has no shape and I don’t know if it will ever grow into a normal sky pencil shape. And it’s barely a foot tall. I wasn’t home when it arrived. My husband planted it. Otherwise I would have returned it.

I made an initial positive review of my purchase in Nov 2020. Spring 2023, my plant started to deteriorate quickly. I had to dig up the plant and took a close look. I noticed 2 stems but they were tightly bound together, I thought it was 1 plant that had branched. Soon I realized it was 2 plants that had been strangling each other. I had to cut them apart with a utility knife. Now I know why there has been little to no growth all this time. Time wasted. Check closely before planting.

Ordered three 7 gallon pot sized plants, and like other reviewers was disappointed with the size of the shrub in relation to its cost. The plants were three and a half feet tall. Going back through the archive of reviews,I noticed that back in 2020 if you ordered a 7 gallon pot Sky Pencil you would receive a shrub that was a foot taller. As others have suspected, it appears that the grower is sending 5 gallon sized plants in 7 gallon pots.

They were half the size shown.
