Once I figured out how to use it, it was good. HOWEVER, something happened to seal of oil bottle and it leaked before I even opened pkg! Couldn't figure out why pkg was greasy. Thankful it wasn't a big loss.

Wasn’t able to use kit because I still needed another tool to help break the glass once scored. It was disappointing

The glass cutting kit was pretty good! And really does work. Useful to buy and I’m glad I gave it a try. I would purchase, again. Thank you ~

I had 5 cuts to make on glass to replace an old window. One cut was a challenging 19' x 6" with pointed tip and the other were 3" triangle cuts. Not once did the tool do the job correctly whereby the result was a straight edge. Each time you tried to break off the glass it would break outside of the scoring edge. Each time I tried I put more and more pressure to really emphasize the score but still bad results.

Glass cutter and oil worked perfectly, don't expect the "pencil" to write on any surface.

It made a mark on the glass, but the glass broke wherever it felt like breaking. Not the intended result.

only ok thing about this set is the marker the rest is junk.

Fair product, nothing exceptional. Functions as it should.

The only downside to this kit was the grease pencil was not fine enough for exact measurements

They didn’t have an option for 0 so it got a one. Simply put, it doesn’t work.

The tool was cheap and did not work. Had 4 small panes of glass to cut...all straight edge. Three of them cracked and ruined.

To cut glass, go to a professional. It’s hard to do it. Also instructions on package are very poor.

Did not work as described. Doesn’t even etch into the glass....

What difficult to get cutting wheel rolling freely, once it did, cutter and related kit items worked perfectly

I wish I’d read the reviews before buying The crayon was trash right out of the box and the cutter wheel broke off the tool after about 4 cuts. So needless to say i paid $13 for a small bottle of oil.

This tool was not very good in doing what I needed. It didn't create a deep enough groove in order for it to break smoothly. I was highly disappointed and actually cracked the entire window pane I was attempting to cut. Next time I will send measurements to a glass shop and avoid the headache.

It works. It's been a long time since I cut glass, and the oil and cutter worked well. I never like the oil pencil, so I use my own fine marker just for the edges so I could see where my cut needed to start and end at.

Tool works well enough. Still need good technique. Oil seemed to make no difference. Marker of little use. Probably just the tool is all you need.

Did not work - returned it

I used it for a few minutes then it broke.

The cutters were NOT sharp at all & did not score glass. You are shysters who are out to get money from customers & give no help. You just steal our money, You never have anyone in the store who can help after 5 p.m. We have to search the whole store to find any help, most found don't know answers.
