This is our second AIRCARE Humidifier; it works very well plus we like the design; it blends in well with our furniture and other decor.

Easy to assemble and working great. Quality design. Hope it lasts for years.

Too noisy when the water bottles are getting empty also it’s plastic semi thin. Looked great and worked great on low does not too noisy. Still wouldn’t put it in the bdrm. The tower is the quite one of all of them.

This humidifier is replacing an older Bemis model, (Bemis was purchased by Essex Air), which needed some repairs after about 15-20 years of service, and it wasn't repairable because parts aren't available any longer. This newer model has some updates to it that I think have improved the product. The relocation of the humidistat to be integrated into the power cord is a brilliant idea, mostly because the humidity seems to be measured more accurately. A float has replaced two springs and switches to monitor the water level in the unit, snd it seems so far to simplify the maintenance to the unit. So far I'm completely satisfied with the performance of my new humidifier.

Been running since the day it finally arrived. It does kick on and off. Can feel the difference in our breathing. Do have it set at 50 for humidity and lowest fan setting. Do go through 2.5 gallons of water a day. Can tell more moisture in the air since will have some condensation on the windows when I open the curtains of a morning The only puzzling thing - there is a black plastic partial piece of something in the bottom of the box. No idea where it came from

100% satisfied with the product. The instructions could be a little clearer.

On the positive side it looks nice. On the low fan speed it is quiet. The problem is that on the low fan speed it is useless. Boil a pot of water on the stove instead. On any other fan speed the fan motor howls. The multiple plastic boxes from which it is comprised amplify the motor noise. During the great deep freeze of February 2021 I ran it at full power - fan speed 9 - and it could not maintain the humidity level in my 1500 sqft home. On fan speed 9 the unit sounds like a Boeing 737 powered up for take off - intolerable noise. My old dual wick Toastmaster humidifier could handle the worst dry times set on low before it's motor locked up after 25 years of service. So I'm stuck with this thing. I plan to gut it and keep the best parts, the cabinet, wick, filter, and tanks, then rig a simple two speed desk fan up inside it as a blower as I did the Toastmaster while awaiting for this thing to arrive. The sad thing is that this noisy, ineffective product probably is the best available of its kind in this time of being able to buy nothing but imported junk.

I had to call for assistance in making it work, but after that all was well.

The unit does not work and I haveehad the unit for only a few days.

Short of getting a furnace set up with a humidifier this is the best option for my 1,500 sq ft home. While it may go through all the water on exceptionally cold dry days most of the time the 2 tanks will last 3-4 days between fills. It keeps the static away and makes my home much more comfortable.

This unit is quiet, efficient, easy to fill and use. Add to that it’s attractive appearance and you have the ideal solution to desert-dry winter air.

I have been using the AIRCARE 5.6 Gal. humidifier for about three weeks and so far I am satisified.

The machine works good, but the cover that came with the machine doesn't fit correctly. We did not return the product because we needed and we were not sure how to return it. If we could just bring it to the store or if we had to send it back.

Would not work. Very disappointing. Called AIRCARE customer service and was walked through some trouble shooting steps but to no avail. Took the item back to closest Home Depot and got my money back.

Easy to assemble. Does good job humidifying. Noisy. Awkward to fill. Looks nice.

We have had several humidifiers in the past. We found this one to be one of the best. Large capacity is good except that he water canisters are heavy and hard to handle when full. Filling the canisters is difficult because you need a hose to fill them. (Hose supplied). The fill hole is small and makes adding bacteria state difficult without a small funnel. We have been using this unit for about 2 weeks. We have a small one floor house and it works well. It is worth the few minor problems mentioned.

Came in short time. Works well. Happy with it

Working fine and doing great. It was simple to assemble and the bottles make it easy to refill. The fan is a bit noisy above the lowest two settings and use those when we are not home.
