Exactly what the label says it is
This is for the "Acrylic 1 Gang Duplex Acryilic Wall Plate - Polished Mirror", which has on its page reviews for an awful lot of other products. It's a mostly ordinary outlet plate with a flat mirrored surface. I was surprised that it's not rigid like I expect mirrors to be, it's a little bit flexible like most outlet places, so it will bend a bit if you mount it on an uneven wall, without harming the mirror. I'm a little impressed with how much this plastic plate looks like a glass mirror
