Love my new water system!

Easy to assemble. Would like if they used metal for the threads instead of plastic. Some of the flexible hose compression fittings leak as well and they’re permanently affixed so I cannot replace.

Perfect system, get a plumber that knows what they are doing.

Installation quick and easy with minimal knowledge needed. I used shark bit connectors that made the install painless. The system operates fantastically and set up is easy once water is turned back on. Highly recommend this system.

The first filter doesn't match the blue container The holes of the filter don't line up with inside container

Not to hard to install used copper but the height difference from the carbon filter to the softener I had to use shark bite fittings when I turned the water on I had a leak at the softeners quick connector so I switched to bypass and separated the softener from the bypass and found the o rings were in bad shape luckily a extra set came with the unit simple change and put together no leak working fine

my wife and I love it. It has been a month or so since we installed it the water feels very soft we are very happy.

Easy to assemble but water purity is quite low as compared to other products. Not sure if i received bad membrane filter.

We have had it for a couple of weeks now and we immediately noticed the difference. The reason we purchased it was because we had a copper pipe burst over our kitchen that resulted in a complete remodel of half of our kitchen. Everyone involved in the remodel told us that water in our area is really hard and it affects copper pipes and it was only a matter of time before this happened again without a water softener. It would be really expensive to repipe our entire home so we decided to install a water softener to help buy us some time until we could financially support repiping our home. The previous homeowner did not have a softener but the plumbing was ready for one. We had a professional come over and analyze our water and he told us that we had extremely hard water. His product was going to be way too expensive though (9k). I read of other companies and water softeners that due just as good a job but much cheaper so I decided to buy one on our own and install it myself since our plumbing was ready for it. Due to timing and us going out of town though, we decided to get it installed by a local plumbing company for about $500. Since we have had it, we have noticed considerable differences in our water from showering, to laundry, to even our cleaning. Perhaps the most noticeable difference is in our skin after a shower. You will also immediately notice that that you won't have to use as much soap to lather up. This goes for laundry detergent also. We don't drink tap water, except for our coffee, but we still brush our teeth with it and now we have a little piece of mind. I will say however, that since it is a whole home filter, it is a big product. Make sure you have enough space wherever you install it. Great product!

Can't get filters for the water softener. Representative spent a long time on the phone with me ans she couldn't find filters for it either.

This by far exceeded my expectations. We didn't loose any water pressure, which I love, and the Water is very clean and silky, which my wife loves. No more residue on the dishes and glasses. Absolutely love this system. It wasn't hard to install but if you don't have plumbing experience, you might want to higher a plumber to do the install.

Great product and easy to install. The instructions were easy to follow and easy for anyone to be able to assemble and install.

The water quality improved so much after this system.

The experience was very refreshing, The associates were wonderful to work with. Had a minor problem with sales and check out but it all worked out fine. We installed the wnit and it is working fine/

Easy to install, Smell from water went away

Installation was fairly easy. Use plenty of tape! Water quality is excellent. Great system for the money. Highly recommended.

Overall it's pretty good. But one of the connectors seemed defective, my plumber had to add an extra O-ring to seal it. But the extra O-ring made assembling that part real difficult. It worked but not without extra effort. Overall though it seems good.

So far we are satisfied with the project. I installed the system myself it was fairly easy. The only thing I would recommend is that when purchasing the item there should be on the Home depot website recommended parts/fittings to purchase with the product. No where that I could find, stocks 1" flex lines to connect to the softener. Therefore you will have to combo fittings with teflon and may deal with some leaks. Also I used the same fittings on the blue water filter as the big tank filter with no leaks on the blue filter but the big tank filter leaked. It seems you have to put a ton of teflon for some reason. The components are plastic so be careful not to overtighten. I spent about $600 in quick connect fittings to install this system but overall pretty easy and is working great. Have already beed through two rinse cycles and the water in the home feels amazing.
