Beautiful color, easy to set up

The umbrella does sometimes start to come down - not stay fully extended - quite a lot. Not sure why - Home Depot got me a new one - but the defective one got thrown out by mistake - so Home Depot could not return it to you.

First time I did not have to attached the umbrella to the unit like all other ones, It came already attached and very easy to set up and go! Looks and works great!

Does not provide enough shade. Should have bought another earlier in the season.

Exactly what I wanted. Easy to assemble and looks great. Also lightweight so no problem to install into a base and remove. Should last a long time since I can remove it and keep it out of the elements. When retracted it doesn't take up too much space.

Umbrella exactly as described. Easy to assemble and use and lovely color magenta.

My umbrella just started tilting by itself. Wouldn't stay locked. It's 3 months old with a 1 year warrantee. Home Depot put me in touch with Abba Patio's customer service and they sent me a new one. Customer service doesn't get any better than that.

Excellent quality for the money. The color is spectacular and it has held up very well during the few storms.

This umbrella is nice and lightweight. Easy to crank open and close. I wish the fabric were a bit thicker for maximum shade purposes.

Customer service for goleta branch was not exceptional good experience. Called later on that day for correcting the issue of address which she put incorrect when I saw the receipt after three four times of spelling it our for her and among other interruptions on her part. He was very helpful and correct the problem and explained to me of the steps.

Material is not very heavy & umbrella doesn’t tilt.

This was a good quality umbrella for the price. The arms are pretty sturdy and I like that the tips are riveted down to the arms and not just slid into a small piece of material at the tip. I sprayed UV and water protection on the umbrella material to help it last longer since I’m in the Florida sun and it ravishes everything pretty quickly.
