very cheaply made window,,,Overpriced...

Frame is somewhat flimsy, but overall, the window does a good job. Opens and closes fine, insect net a plus. Presentable and freshens up the look of the house.

Whoever designed this window must be so proud of his achievement, especially the closing mechanism. In order to open it the top part of the frame needs to flex. Once installed good luck opening it, and if you manage to open it you need something to pray down on it to close it

This window fits in my basement really nice and it's very durable.i will highly recommend.

Great price for replacing basement windows

Installation instructions were non existent. Product seems ok but too early to tell. Really annoyed when companies don’t include instructions. I went on their website and their installation video was pretty much useless also.

I had to modify the window to fit the frame that had to be built to replace rotted out frame of old house basement window. It fit and looked good when done.

Cheap replacement window. If you don’t plan on opening it often it’ll probably work well for you. If you do plan on using it, get something that costs more. Simple as that.

I bought one of these to replace an old single pane basement window, which frosted over in very cold Wisconsin winter and mildewed. This new window is superior in every way. It has a great finish, solid lock, and a solid fit within its frame. The opening in my concrete block wall was exactly 32 x 15.25", so I adapted the opening with wood bucks on the sides which I attached to the block with Tapcon screws. This window unit is very solid and the frame stayed square during installation. Just be careful when screwing the frame into wood bucks that you don't overdo it and distort the frame. This product is far superior to whatever most masons commonly supply as a basement window. Installation instructions are available online.

Replaced a full sized window in a closet with this. Good fit easy to install looks and matches ok

Started replacing drafty original single pane wood framed basement windows from the 1950's Very easy to install, very happy with the product. My windows also did not come with screws, didn't matter I had a box of 2 & 1/2 inch stainless screws laying around.

The minimal instructions state "Fasten the window to the wood frame using the enclosed installation screws." I bought three brand new sealed windows from Home Depot, Phillipsburg, NJ. None of the packages had any screws enclosed. This made installation more difficult and required another trip to HD just to look for white screws. I haven't found out how to remove the pane in an emergency. In my old windows the pane just lifted out. This appears to make the 31 x 19 window unsuitable as an emergency exit.

this window unit is one of the best and easiest I have ever put in. safe and it comes in low-e if you need love it.
