Having problems with reach of spout. Had to order another part so don't know yet if it will work any better

I looked at many brands, AS the best in design, operation and function, can’t beat it!

Installed easily. No special tools. Toggle switch between spray and flow is easy and doesn't reset when water is shut off. My only difficulty has been swiveling the neck of the faucet. It came loose and, per customer service, uninstalling and applying plumbing grease should help it move more easily. Instead of swiveling the faucet at the sprayer head end, I grab the base of the faucet and turn it. Stickiness seems to be when not swiveling the faucet recently.

Installed in my Rental House; so, I don't have day-to-day use of this product, which is why I gave it four stars and not five. Nonetheless, when I have used it, it worked well. I'm sure I will hear from my tenant if there is a problem.

Great buy for the price

It works fine with the single stream but stand back and cover anything you don't want to get wet when using the spray feature. It sprays all over the place.

the flow rate is terrible? I don't think it is 1.8 gpm. water pressure is lower than my replaced kitchen faucet.

Very poor. I did not like it, the jet very strong. water all kitchen. I do not recommend.

I probably got the defective one. Water was leaking out of faucet's body in a few days of use. I don't know how many defected they have had. Not recommend to anyone

I used american Standard kitchen faucet for 18 years and then it started leaking a little, so I needed to replace it. I thought the company good and I liked the look of AS Chatfield, so I bought it and our handyman from the building installed it for me, that was on March 19, 2019, but on April 20, 2019 we had a flood in the kitchen cabinet, did not know at first, what was leaking and assumed that some pipes started leaking. The handyman shut off the water and took off that faucet. The short of it, as soon as he installed a new faucet, there was no more leaking, so be very careful.

We have had the faucet for about a month. It does the job and looks good.

Easy to install. Beautiful faucet

Easy to install. Feels and works much better than the Kohler we replaced. Very pleased.

It’s okay. Restricts water flow more than I’d like. Sprayer is great. Installation was easy. Doesn’t feel durable but has been working just fine.

Beautiful and classy looking

I ordered the kitchen and matching bathroom faucets for my new counters. They are very nice and they match which was hard to find. The only objection I have is regarding the bathroom faucets. The piece with the ball gasket that controls the up and down of the drain was 3 inches two short for my particular sink which has the drain whole in the center of the sink.

Easy to install! Looks wonderful and works great. The price was right too. Only had for 2 weeks but it’s great.

The faucet works well but seems to be a little on the shoddy side, in terms of materials. As I bought it online I did. Or have a chance to actually grip it in person.

This kitchen faucet is beautiful. Love the pull out sprayer and the excellent water pressure. I took out all stainless steel hardware and high arch faucet. Replaced with polished chrome. Everything looks beautiful against while cupboards and black/sparkle granite countertops. I would highly recommend this faucet to everyone.
