Sleek looking, flushes well. The only thing I didn't like was the plastic toilet seat. If the lid is down, you really can't sit on it because it bends. We replaced it with a wooden toilet seat. It would have been nice to have new bolts included.

Although the video shows the ring and bolts with the toilet, neither of them came with the toilet. Video can be considered misleading.

DISAPPOINTED
Substandard, low grade, poor quality, cheap PLASTIC flush lever!!! VERY loose and wobbly with no way to tighten. It jiggles all over and feels unsecured. It’s also very small with the actual paddle part being only about the size of the end of my thumb. The lack of quality, size, shape, and position makes for an extremely inconvenient flush for an American Standard toilet. I absolutely love everything about my other AS toilet but the lack of lever quality in this one has left me very disappointed.

Overall good quality porcelain, no pin holes or other surface defects found.. Toilet SEAT seems complicated and prone to break. Wished that the wax seal was included in the package.

Excellent design - very easy to install - only takes a few minutes - impressive. Implementation could be improved. The principal negative factor that I observed (much to my dismay), is that the thickness of the ceramic coating is minimal - not even close to the quality of toilets made by American Standard a couple of generations ago. Please improve this - even if it increases the price. Seriously this is a very big issue.

I would have given it 5 stars but I wasn't happy with the self close seat. Its a different system of attaching the seat to the toilet and is not as SECURE as a traditional type, Easy fix - replaced the seat.
