The product does not come with a toilet seat you must buy it separately as stated in the ad but what is not stated is you also will need to get Wax Seal gasket, closet bolts, bolt caps. Unlike competing products that have everything in it . All you get is two undamaged boxes with a base and a tank, with broken parts inside such as a broken flush valve and missing Hardware to bolt the toilets together, and then when you call the Home Depot store that you picked it up from they put you on hold and can't seem to help you and then they tell you that you should just call the 1-800 number and talk to someone else, very displeased

Retrofit for older home that had only an 11.5" back-spacing from flange-center to wall. A "standard" 12" rough-in toilet would not fit without being in a bind, but this 10" rough-in version worked great.

Our American Standard Toilet Bowl came into the store on time and everything was processed fine for our Pick Up. We have had it installed and it is working well.

The arrival of this bowl was a life safer as previous bowl arrived broken. Installer had no issues connecting. The only Issue I have is that SOMETIMES I have to flush twice for all of tissue to go down.

Nice toilet, but American Standard should have put more thought into where the flush lever is located. It would have been nice to have the seat included with the toilet.

The order came in twice damaged and to avoid a third time having the same issue I decided to cancel and was given a store credit I was not able to get my money back I will not be ordering any more special orders from home depot

Great toilet. Really easy to install. Flush is strong for water saver toilet. Height is taller than my last toilet which is good. Price went down while waiting for my order to arrive and I was charged lower price when I called.

It came in broken... TWICE!

It was easy to assemble.

I made a big mistake thinking that American Standard was the old company it once was! I have bought several Toilets over the pst years and this one is the worst! The low water type flushing system is a joke! You have to flush it several times compared to the comparable Koehler model .

I am very happy with this toilet. It uses less water and very easy to use. The chair height is perfect for me.

overflow pipe needs to be higher so the water level can be raised to get a better flushing action
