Drain stopper does not work
when installed per manf. instructions the drain stopper does not seal. Like many others having this issue, I believe this is because it is a poor design with poor quality control from the manf. Customer support from them is also very poor.

drain broke as we were putting it in and toe tapper drain doesn’t seal
Poor quality as we were installing the drain the drain broke had to get a new fitting reinstalled it now toe tap it will not seal cannot use bathtub.

pop up drain doesn't close
The drain is fully installed but the pop up stopper doesn't close so can't hold water in the tub. Can someone please tell me how to get a replacement part?

Unfortunately you sent the white one instead of polished chrome...
Unfortunately you sent the white one instead of polished chrome but because of time constraints had to use it. Upsetting!!! It works fine but would have preferred the polished chrome version.

Excellent value, well made, easy to install. I am so glad I did not go with the cheap plastic drain recommended. I have no doubt I would have destroyed it installing the tub alone. Perfect and looks great!
