I saw a similar review about the showerhead included in this set falling apart, and figured it was a fluke. It wasn't! Ours broke in the middle of our 7 year old taking a shower. The thing has been used probably 12 times or less. Awful quality. Do not buy!

The plastic adapter for tub spout diverter is a terrible idea. Should be made of brass. Talked to American Standard customer service. They had to send me a replacement of a different style as the plastic cracked.

It was nice and easy

The quality is awesome. Everything is as expected with install and use. We couldn't be happier. There were other Faucets that were hundreds of dollars more for basically the same product. Thanks American Standard!

Needs more power to it.but it looks very nice

Specifically found THE ONE AND ONLY BOX in the store that hadn't been opened.Installed starting on a Saturday morning.Took my sweet time. Was pleased overall with the instructions, the rough in fitment ring, and product markings indicating UP on the valve. Was satisfied with completed project UNTIL I tested the unit.Water ran from lower spout as expected. Pulled the knob to activate shower and all water flow stopped. Yup. Something is wrong with it. After all the patience, care, time, and expertise I put into this, to have the project completed only to fail is a crying shame. So I said my curse words, and got online to see if there were any troubleshooting tips. NOTHING. Searched the web and found some videos out there to replace the valve, but I am not taking this apart to even look at the valve, nor should I have to.Since it is the weekend,I wasnt overly optimistic that there product support phone lines would be open. I was surprised to see Saturday hours.They closed at 4 EST, and I finished 10 minutes after they closed at 2:10pm MST. Ultimately, I am giving the Rumson Set only one star on this review due to my disappointment in the product.

Handle stripped within a month, can’t turn water on or off.

Not compatible with my pipes. Had to return it. Not sure how I could have discovered that without purchasing, attempting to have it installed which is when I found out it would not fit our tub pipes without going to a lot of extra plumbing expense.
