I found the product overall disappointing and difficult to work with. The fittings were not secure and difficult to manipulate. I found that I had to use 'gutter screws' to keep connections secure. Overall, this worked OK; however, they could not be placed with the 'T' connections. The 'pop up' pieces would be better designed if they were a right angle design. As is, they require a cumbersome depth of placement so as to accommodate the radius of turn for placement. I've had the system in place for about 4 months at 3 different locations and it does accomplish the objective. I live about 10 minutes from a Home Depot, but thought I would trial their home mail delivery service. It took over 2 weeks for my order to arrive. Bummer!

Good sturdy product. Comes with the sock so you don't have to buy it separate. Used it as drainage pipe for behind my retaining wall and the length was perfect. I could stretch it out exactly to what I needed.

Worked out OK, A little flimsy and the holes were a little too small. But it should perform OK.

Use two people to stretch out the pipe in advance of placing in trench. For additional securing, I screwed each coupled end to adjacent to assure it did not separate- last thing you want after covering drain.

Size is good, but it was a little difficult for one person to expand it. Had to tie it to my truck and pull on it to get it to expand to its full length.

The drainage holes are too small.

Pipe is rather thin and easily crushes when you are trying to hang onto it as you expand it to full length. The sock around it is a good idea, but takes a long time to work it down to the ends of the pipe after the pipe is extended. I would not recommend it for shallow burial if there is to be foot traffic over it due to the thinness of the material.

The product was light and very easy to install after extending... which I had to enlist the help of my SO as it is difficult on your own. Haven’t had a decent rain since installed so we will have to wait to judge the effectiveness...

Work still in progress, so far all is well.

Need to expand the accordion pleats in the pipe within the sock. Thin walled pipe is easy to crush.

When I received this, it was 3in not 4in. Didn't have time to reorder so it was installed. I hope it works. Just another disappointment from Home Depot. It is always incompetence whether in store or online. Maybe you should train employees a little bit.

The sock around the pipe did not extend the full length of the pipe. It was short about 5 feet. Otherwise it is fine.
