Easy to use, use expander tool for fitting

This material is easy to use and so far I have had no problems.

will not work with the white pex pipe, learned that the hard way lol! has to be pex-A type pipe.

Does exactly what it is supposed to do.

They did not hold. pressure blew the line apart

Easy to install with the correct fittings and PEX-A expansion tool. No leaks first time around. Only use this with PEX-A expansion fittings and piping. I recommend using mostly 3/4” PEX-A pipe for the main trunks and branches, and then step down using this reducing coupling once you get to the intended fixture or collection of fixtures. That way you have great water pressure to wash fixture and appliance.

After you put the ring on the stretchy pipe then you insert the stretchy tool and wank, wank, wank, four times. Then insert this piece. You use this piece after you’ve screwed up and need to fix a mistake. You’ll need these. No matter how amazing you are. You will need these.

In the pdx area but not for pex

The Apollo pex a expansion coupling worked really well. It's strong, surprisingly stiff for being plastic, and no leaks on any of the couplers I have used.
