Great tasting Water
Good simple system. So much more space now under sink after replacing old reverse osmosis system with tank. Flow rate is just as good or better. Water tastes muh better than from those plastic water bottles. Took some time to flush out those small brown flecks in the water, but now clear to drink. Don't know what they were, but I'm glad they are gone. Leaks should be watched for at where the tubing attaches to the brass fittings. They need to be much tighter than I expected. The water faucet is well made, but the handle works in an awkward direction. After removing the front cover and screw, I was able to make it go from 9 o-clockto 6 o-clock to turn on, but it still takes some getting used to.

Great tasting water
This filter system puts out great tasting water. Much better than the counter top pitcher we were using. Easy to install. Bought a half inch diamond hole saw from HD to drill our granite counter. Had the hole done in less than five minutes. The worse part was working on the spout fittings behind the sink under the counter. Was well worth the purchase and install, made my wife extremely happy.

Need quality control
Feels disgusting when opened the box because the filter system got dust covered all over it. One of the filter didn't have label had mildew covered over the nozzle. Also there were scratches over the filter system and faucet. Got sent a replacement and it was a little bit better but still got covered in dust.

Overall, we are enjoying our new water filter. We just had to replace the cartridges and now are experiencing slower fill. Other than that, we wish we would have done this a long time ago. Is there any reason why the filter would be filling slower now after changing the cartridges?

Easy to Install/No Issues
The installation was straightforward and easy (most difficult part was climbing under the sink for an old guy!) Instructions were easy to follow. The water tastes fine, better than tap water, but not sure I’d go so far as to say delicious. No complaints other than the time it took to get delivered to me (7 days from order to shipping and 3 days more for shipping).

I like that it is a space saver under my sink.
Having had an under counter water filter for years, I switched brands due to cost of other brand. The Claryum-3 stage is is more simple even though I will need to change filters every 6mos because of smaller size. Again the cost is less with than old brand. The brush nickel matches my existing faucet and looks better.

I can't comment on durability or filter service as i have had it only 2 months or so. Good tasting water. I don't use it for water quality, just taste. Flow is less than with my previous RO unit, but not a problem, it's to be expected. I don't use the faucet that came with it. The one i had for my RO unit is better quality so i kept it. It was less expensive than RO and if it leaks, it won't leak gallons and gallons, which is what happened with the RO unit.

Easy to install, still on the fence about...
I bought this system specifically so I can have great tasting water and ice from the refrigerator, as it is tankless. The installation was relatively simple to adapt. My problem is that I have a reverse osmosis system and whole house filtration system and Aquasana doesn't come close to the competitor's brand that I originally installed. Definitely room for improvement. But overall still happy I invested in it.

Does the job I wanted
This three stage filter system ensures whr water you drink has all the things you don't want to drink are removed. I installed the product myself but if you don't have that ability, any plumber can do so quickly. Replacement filters are easy to swap.

Had this same Aquasana filtration system previous 6 years. Always wondered why, although I only used the filtered water from my Aquasana system, the mineral deposit build up in my tea kettle (clear glass) was still quite heavy. The old system failed, linked under my kitchen cabinet overnight, and warped the cabinet door beyond repair. During the 2 weeks while waiting for my new system to arrive, I purchased bottled water. NO mineral buildup in the kettle at all. I guess this system doesn't do as good a job as I thought all those years, and it was a huge huge hassle when it failed. New system is in, and immediately the mineral buildup in kettle has returned.

Poor quality. Flooded kitchen and basement
The mechanism used to attach the filter to the water pipe is very poor quality and not suitable for this type of water pressure. We had our filter installed with the help of a plumber friend and 3 days later the hose came off and completely flooded our kitchen and basement. I lost count after removing 50 gallons of water in the basement.

    Better tasting water
    I am overall satisfied with my aquasana filter. I feel better knowing the water we are drinking is better quality. The flow rate is good. The water tastes better. Installing it was simple. The only reason it doesn’t get five stars is because they do not have a stainless steel system available. Ideally, I’d like to see a completely plastic free system.

      Unscrewing the top of the filter
      We spent 3 hours to unscrew the filter top but couldn't open it. Also, the upper portion of the filter was not enough spacious to hold my left hand tight. Can't believe how such design is not user-friendly.

        Good tasting water
        I’m enjoying the good tasting water. I gave this product a 4 star because I am concerned about the reviews that indicated water damage and leaks. I have containers under each of the filters. The handyman that installed for me had to purchase plastic tubing because it didn’t come with the system and he also purchased new O-rings because the ones in the package were old and one broke. I don’t know if I recommend to others yet.

          Why didn't we do this years ago!? My husband installed it quickly and it matches our regular faucet style pretty closely.           I have never detested an item so much
          It's hard to believe how much I hate this thing. The destruction to my home, the constant problems and lack of functionality. I have no idea why I continue to try, because it doesn't seem worth it, I just wish it could serve the purpose I thought it would serve (reliably produce filtered water). There is a delicate connection from the water line to the system and if you so much as breathe near it, it will come loose and flood. Christmas Eve 2022 was spent in my basement with a shop vac all night, as my entire kitchen and basement flooded because of this thing. I had plumbers come three times to fix the connection and finally the third time they put in their own that was sturdy. Great. November 2023 my replacement filters come and the water just dribbles out of the faucet. I uninstall and reinstall them a half dozen times; nothing. I let it sit for six months because I'm just so frustrated at this point; I google this issue and there is a reddit thread about how this is a KNOWN ISSUE and to put a quarter in the bottom of the pre-filter casing. It worked. CAN YOU BELIEVE I DIDN'T USE THIS FOR SIX MONTHS BECAUSE THEY KNOWINGLY SEND FAULTY EQUIPMENT AND CHARGE YOU FOR IT AND I HAD TO PUT A QUARTER IN FOR IT TO WORK. So my latest replacement filters come and I cannot for the life of me unscrew the third filter. It has become such that I have so much anxiety every time I have to deal with this thing that I just avoid it and I have just been using a Brita pitcher for the last 6 months. I have never bought something so consistently problematic as this system. I hate it so much and would like reliable recommendations for a better company.
