During this 21. year replaced 2 machines,, reason.. poor quality plastic the top cover under pressure cracks the plastic that holds the lid. Thanks to Water for Life these replacements were free of charge. The last one, #3 begins showing some cracks in the plastic and water starts to leak, Hopefully, as I was told, they are working on a new design, more expensive, but more reliable. Waiting for it to arrive! It's a great idea this machine...

I love being able to have filtered water at my finger tips! I use it for everything now! Cooking and Coffee making in the morning!

I used to love this product until it constantly leaks the entire pitcher of water all over my counter when it filters. There's barely anything left in the pitcher each time and I'm left cleaning up a mess! For the price of this product this is ridiculous and not to mention it is likely bacteria is growing in the base unit which defeats the purpose of purchasing this. Would not recommend.

This is my second machine purchase. The first one developed a crack in the filter compartment and began to leak. I couldn't find the leak until I had to change the filter. I've had this machine for about 3 years. Hopefully this one is better and will last. Setup was easy and water filtration is fast. It is a bit noisy when filtering but overall a good product.

We love having great tasting filtered water...but this is our second countertop water filter from aquasana and they leak horribly. Our first machine dispenser only dripped a little bit from underneath the dispenser (not the spout) after water was poured. Aquasana addressed the problem with us and sent a new machine free of charge to fix the problem. They have great customer service. But our new machine dispenser continuously is dumping water onto the counter from under the entire machine (a different location). We wake up in the morning and almost the whole dispenser is emptied onto the counters and floors. We are completely drenching 2 large absorbent dish towels a day - rotating towels to mop up the constant mess. It is making for a ton of laundry! We have tried many obvious things to fix this - nothing seems to work.

I first bought Aquasana Clean Water Machine back in 2018 and realy liked until 2 years later it started leaking badly from the buttom part making it impossible to use. Unfortunetly it had limited waranty and had to buy a new one in November 2020. It's been a little bit over a month since I started using a brand new clean water machine and it's already leaking badly. Also every time I try to filter water the machine wouldn't stop filtering when it's supposed to, it just doesn't shut off on its own. I have to unplug it every time I need to turn it off.

I opted for the dispenser option, but bought the pitcher as well. At first, the setup was unclear but that was my fault for not clearly reading through the given instructions. Once I got the hang of it, it went more smoothly. I love how fast it filters the water. The only downside is that it's very loud when it does it. That's the only not-so-good thing about the item. I will still recommend this product to people I know though! I'm satisfied.

We are unable to use the unit because it was poorly packaged with no Fragile labels. It leaked considerably as of its first filling. Your phone rep was polite, patient and professional so we are looking forward to receiving a replacement unit in early 2021.

So easy to put together and you can taste the purity of the water. I love how there’s separate water intake and filtration distribution. I’m surprised how much water I drink now that my confidence level is secure and quality of the product. I have one complaint and that is it’s very loud when filtering. I am the only one using it and my only regret is that I didn’t get a bigger one.

Not sure why water keeps leaking from the bottom I have tried to adjust o ring but doesn't seem to fix. Honestly I don't have time to send it back during this covid-19 times so we'll have to keep mopping it Ths sound is loud so we fill water bottles and keep it. Otherwise I like the filter, as their is no proper competition for countertops pressurized water filter which doesn't require plumbing.

Great so far! I have not had it for very long so cannot judge durability or filter life at this time.

I live the filter but the app stopped working I have the filter for over a year but in the past few weeks I noticed that the app still said 95% remaining and then earlier today it said 97%. Going the wrong way . Please fix the app

This is literally the WORST water filter machine ever. Every time when it filters the water, it will LEAKS everywhere at the bottom back of the machine. ( we change back and forth like 3 times...) And it’s very very loud. Dont buy it... save you all the troubles....

I bought two Clean Water Machines, one with a pitcher and another dispenser. I was pretty excited as they're both very handy. So that's the extent of the positives. When I measured total desolved solids, the reason I bought them, they don't do a thing. My water is pretty hard, TDS is 200-206 depending on the day. After filtering through these Clean Water Machines TDS drops to 196, almost no filtration at all. On top of that, these are very noisy. Looks like I threw my money away!

I'm so glad I made this purchased several years ago and got on the water for Life program. I'm going to attach a picture of a before and an after filter my water tastes so much better I drink almost a gallon a day thank you aquasana I love it

Though I also purchased the AQUASANA undercounter system not yet installed as this Water Machine works perfect... only issue is that I won't be able to wait till auto-filter delivery will go into effect as my filter usage is 30% and still till the official replacement I have 1 more month to go... so I will order a set ahead of time.... the machine works fine and I am happy I ordered both: dispenser and pitcher... using both containers. The only issue might be that the pump is kind of too loud... would not mind paying extra 20-30$ for more silent option... but that's already another story. Thank You. Love things Made in USA.

For the past couple years, I have been distilling my water, making 3 to 4 gallons at a time. Although I didn't find the taste offensive, it was still an "odd" taste. But I could not take all the chlorine and other junk in my city water. When I got this filter system, I ran through a gallon to clear out the filter as it suggests when installing a new filter. I saved this gallon and ran it through my distiller (to save the water). I was totally amazed at how little residue was left in the distiller pot. Normal tap water ran through the distiller left a bunch of brownish gunk for each gallon I processed. Well, back to this Aquasana filter... I've been drinking water like crazy. I love the tall slender glass bottles they sent me and I keep a few in the frig all the time. It also makes great tasting soups, too. I regularly make chicken broth and wow... what a difference in flavor. I used to use my distilled water which made good tasting broth, but Aquasana water beats distilled hands down.

Must keep pressing dispenser button while filling and it is very noisy. I don't use it late at Night. The filtered water is very good and worth the minor inconveniences.

My 2 units failed, therefore I shipped them back with a follow up call only to be informed that you dumped them in the trash bin. Thanks a lot for your "integrity". No ability to get them back repaired or exchanged or replaced.

Really love this water filter for our home. Very cost effective vs having to buy an entire home filtration system in our apartment.

Cons…We’ve had 2 units now, and both have leaked horribly, they are very loud when they run, and pitchers are not easy to clean. Pro…water tastes good, product is easy enough to use We are spending the extra $ and getting a R/O system.

the electrical contacts on the base of the unit become corroded when they stand in water. this prevents the unit from working. you have to dry and blow the water out of the black connector and contacts after each use, or scrape them with a blade. aquasana has no fix for this.

This product is junk!!! Bought now a second unit and it leaks all over . The top by the filter and water pours out the bottom and even from the electric cord opening!! Do not buy!! Guarantee does not cover replacement ( out of stock) or refund.

Leaks all the time. Can no longer get replacement pitcher. Aquasana would no longer honor the warranty on the Clean Water Machine Dispenser after 3 months. They discontinued the product and left me cold.

Although the machine does seem to do a good job of filtering water, over time it starts to filter water all over our counters. I have purchased four of these machines and they are all leaking.

I bought this filter because NSF an independent safety testing organization found that it was one of the only water filters that reduces PFAS and PFOS along with lead and a ton of other contaminants. I have a family of 4 and we have been using it for 3 months for all drinking water and I just now have to change the filter (a light turns from blue to red indicating the filter needs to be changed). The only thing we don’t use it for in the kitchen is boiling pasta. I like that it has a dispenser rather than a pitcher (they do have a pitcher version). I keep it near the kitchen sink so I can easily fill it with water. It does need to be plugged in and it is loud when pushing the button to dispense the water but other than that I am very pleased with it.

All was good in the beginning. Love that it claims to filter out so many bad things. It's totally unusable after 12-14 months. Leaks while dispensing water (more comes out the bottom of machine than the spout. It also turns itself on randomly dispensing water all over. If you're ok buying a new machine every year & the PUR faucet filters cannot fit your sink then this is a good idea.
