This is the 11th or 12th unit we have purchased since 2007. We always keep a spare on hand so we are never without having good filtered water. The units tend to leak after a few months & become unusable. But until then, we love the way the water tastes.

I liove our acqua sanna, I like the fact that it filters to order andit seems to do a fantastic job. It is a little noisy but not a problem.

I'm really happy with the taste of my water with this system. The water seems much more pure. My health coach recommended I buy an Aquasana pitcher as part of my new regimen, and I believe it's helping me become more healthy.

Had the faucet system for a while and that worked well however when I moved and needed a counter top system it was a disaster. I replaced the model 3 times meaning I owned four models and each one leaked to the point where I was wiping up a flood multiple times per day. And it was extremely loud, that in itself is enough reason to be wary. Customer Service was helpful but no amount of calling fixed a faulty product. It's too bad because the filtration itself is the best out there, they just need to build a better pitcher and countertop option!

Unfortunately, both orders of the counter system leaked like crazy. Customer service was very kind and switched out the first unit quickly. However, the 2nd unit leaked as well. At that point I was done so I asked for a refund.

I really like the clean water machine. The water it filters tastes great and I love that I can have readily filtered water on demand. HOWEVER within a couple weeks of purchasing, it started to leak from the base of the reservoir. I had read about this on a few reviews so I always use a pitcher to fill it to avoid having to remove it from the base. Unfortunately despite taking this precaution, it still leaks and is getting worse. Since it’s a new machine I don’t think it’s a problem with the o ring. I’ve checked it and it’s on correctly. I bought a long oval planter saucer and placed the machine in it to contain the water but have to empty it frequently. I emailed Customer Service and am hoping they can help me with this issue.

Water is clean and tastes great, but after 3 months of having it, it started leaking all over the countertop. Now I'm 1.5 years in and I have to keep a full-size bath towel under it.

Love this water filter - water tastes great and is easy to install and use. Also very economical and environmentally friendly, compared with buying legions of plastic bottles. I haven’t had it long enough to see how the filter does, but so far I definitely recommend!

Easy to setup, great tasting water, easy to use, only 4 stars it's very loud dispensing water.

I ordered my first Clean Water Machine and ended up getting a second because the first one never turned on. After they sent the replacement, I got the second one to work just fine. Cool. Everyone has a dud every now and then and they were super about replacing the dud. Well, the second leaks. Like a sieve. It doesn't matter if we don't fill it to the top. It doesn't matter how many times I put the top back on the filter and apply pressure as I turn it into place. It leaks from the bottom, and the top of the filter lid! My counter is always wet... We have a dish towel under it that LITERALLY is soaked every day. It leaks that much. It's a waste, but it's also terrible for my counters, a mess, and so annoying to have to keep replacing a towel under it every single morning. The water tastes great but for the hassle, I'd suggest something else. The leaks are just not worth the headache EVERY SINGLE DAY.

The filter last 6 months for us. It's very easy to change. Water tastes so much nicer afterwards. No more chlorine taste! Very impressed with the new machine, no longer any water leaks. I owned an other one which leaked all the time.

Got my PITCHER, unfortunately it didn't work they sent me one free of charge, works great....water tastes great...couldnt be happier

I'm very pleased with the Aquasana clean water filter. It's easy to install and use. More importantly, it filters out the mineral deposits from local tap water and produces a very pleasant tasting water. I highly recommend this product.

Too noisy! A large noise is emitted while pushing the button for the water to dispense. Otherwise I would have kept the product. Aquasana was the best and offered a refund immediately!

We like knowing our water is fresh and clean. We can refrigerate it as we make another pitcher full.

The first one I received the pump would not shut off after it was done filtering. They sent me a replacement and it does the same thing. Something wrong with the pumps. I didn't ask for another replacement cause it's probably a quality control issue that needs looked into. I have to unplug it when it's finished filtering each time.

I love the filter. I had it on one side of the sink, but would have had to take the container off to use the spray on the opposite side of the sink. And then carry the container with all the water in it to the other side of the sink. But, my friend put it on the opposite side of the sink where the spray hose is! What a difference it makes! All I have to do is turn on the faucet put the spray hose into the opening of the filter & WHALA!!

Our well water taste and clarity has improved.Nolonger buying bottled water.

Great makes water taste way better than even bottled water. I have been drinking more water and makes my coffee taste better best money I ever spent

This is my second one I have purchased, the first was 7 years ago and I fell in love with your products. This new is in addition to the first one which still going strong, love It!!!

The filter actually does filter the water great! However, there is a design flaw in the units...they all leak, seriously! I have replaced two, and on my third one and still leaking on counter. It would be great to hear from Aquasana if they would do a recall and fix this simple leak issue......

Clean and delicious water with absolutely NO unpleasant aftertaste. Very easy to set up. May seem a little loud to some but the pitcher fills in less than one minute. Definitely would recommend.

Have been using this water filter for a few weeks now and it works great! Clean water at my finger tips at all times! Highly recommend this product.

Enjoy test of filtered water and glad to reduce amount of bottled water that we used to buy. Very simple to start unit. Highly recommend to everyone who wants to improve quality of drinking water

I like the taste of the water and the peace of mind knowing it’s well filtered. It’s pretty easy to use. I wish the company makes the machine less noisy.

The best tasting water i have ever had and it's easy to use

One star for filtering water quickly. The water tastes okay. This machine has major issues. It leaks out of the bottom of the back, the part where the filter sits, and loses so much water that we have to change out a super-absorbent dish drying mat literally every-other-day. The filter is supposed to last six months, but the light went from blue to red (change filter signal) in less than two months. To top it off, once the light goes red, you can't filter any water *at all* until you change the filter. Good luck if you're on your way out of the house in a hurry. Two minor issues -- the machine is quite loud, about as loud as a handheld vacuum, so you can't converse while it's running in the same room. Also, be prepared to wait: the unit took more than a month to arrive at my house.

This product is easy to use with minimal care required. I feel better knowing the water is cleaner.

We have been using the water machine for a few weeks now and it’s fine. The water tastes great and I have no concerns about the filter itself. However, the machine appears and feels cheap and I won’t be surprised if it breaks soon. The water container (I have the dispenser version) doesn’t click into place very easily or very snuggly. It wiggles rather than snapping in solidly and I’m concerned about breaking it or it developing a leak so I don’t take it off to refill. I just use a mason jar to transfer water from the sink to refill it. Where plastic parts meet at various places on the body of the machine they have large and uneven gaps. Doesn’t affect the functionality but it looks bad and makes it appear cheap. Finally, this thing is so loud!!! Someone watching tv in the living room has to pause their show when someone else gets a glass of water. It rattles and vibrates the whole counter top when in use. I can’t help but think that whatever kind of pump is in this thing that’s it’s not powerful enough to push water through the filter and still run smoothly. Definitely sounds like the pump is overworked and I won’t be surprised when it does.
