The hole for the door handle wasn't drilled to accommodate the door handle it came with. The door hand sold with the door requires a larger hole then the door came with, which meant the installers had to start drilling holes to make it fit. Either it needs to have a bigger hole or a different handle. Took the installers way longer and we still need to make sure it shuts well. Terrible.

installed without any problem into an existing frame put 2x4's inside the frame before placing it in the frame and put 4 inch lag bolts into the existing 2x6 frame worked perfectly.

The door delivery was delayed for a month. The door arrived dented and all scratched. They said they would give a discount because of this, but the money never arrived.

Door is shown with handle and dead bolt. Door and frame did not come with holes drilled for the dead bolt. The dead bolt flange is too wide for the space between the door and the frame. Handle was non-locking type. Had to buy new handle/lock set. Screws provided are soft metal and sheer. Poor instructions. The instructions show chiseling out site for the flange, but that doesn't work with a metal door. This is simply a 1- hole door with a dead bolt thrown in if you can figure out a way to mount it. The basic door is ok.

The door was dinged and dented in several places. I have photos if needed. It was still functional so we used it. I would appreciate a refund of half of what I paid.

This door does not separate for retrofit applications. Only good for new construction.

Great door, purchased in Oct 2023 but just now installed it at an off grid location 3 months later Jan. 2024 and discovered the door handle was not correct. That was rather disappointing. Options??

The door came broken inside the door, so no visible signs of problem. Door was installed only to find out it does not function properly. We now have to remove the door to return it.

Door looked used and had scratch marks. Also delivered outside front door and had to get two employees to carry inside the building. Also had to get the door repainted To look presentable

Excellent quality durable, heavy duty security door. It’s exactly what I needed.

In spite of the extra long wait time to get this thing, the welds on the frame are rough at best, took a lot of shimming and adjustment to get the hinges evened up.

Solid choice for installation in a cinderblock wall to secure a storeroom. Not hurricane/storm rated but overall good value for a steel door.
