I will always use name brand products. I tried a different brand and they only lasted 2 years. Black and Decker batteries holds their charge and will last for several years.

They were the black ones, not the white. I'm not...
They were the black ones, not the white. I'm not sure at all but I think the white ones are better as I do have one. But what do I know? They DO work fine and easily last for the time I use them. I swap out on different days to even use and keep them both charged (I only have one charger).

Black & Decker 20-volt 1.5Ah MAX batteries for my weedwhacker...
Black & Decker 20-volt 1.5Ah MAX batteries for my weedwhacker hold a charge for at least 25 minutes of intense yard work. My yard needs attention several times a week so I need batteries that I can count on. Black & Decker batteries do a good job. I had one from 2013 that lasted until this year. The oldest one I have at this point is form 2017, still going strong. The only disappointment was that the ones I bought this year do not have a year on them, so it will be more difficult to keep track of how old they are.
