Batteries were defective. Would not charge. Charger blinked red indicating batteries were bad.

the battery was defective upon arrival . it would not operate or recharge. i purchased a new charger, which worked on the 2 original batteries but not the new unit. when connected to either charger a red warning signal displayed.

It works in the weed wacker very well. Hubby can get about 1.5 hrs of time from it. recharges quickly

The battery I received did not charge. According to the manufactured date it looked old.

Just took way to long for these 2 batteries to from the east coast to Sheboygan, Wi.

This new battery will not charge so I need to make arrangements to return it. Your closest store is 80 miles away so I ordered online.

So So far so good. This replaces the original, which only lasted one season.

Three of the four batteries ordered were DEAD batteries, made in 2019. I have been happy with the batteries I have purchased from you online in the past but very disappointed with your sending OLD batteries this time.

Battery was old and did not work.

I initially ordered this because I got an adaptor to convert my Grasshog weed eater from Ni-Cad to lithium batteries and the original lithium I bought at the time of getting the adaptor will no longer charge. The batteries themselves are decent quality ones (4 stars) if you end up with new ones that are recently manufactured. I say the word “if”, because I received one that is four years old and will not charge. Luckily, my B&D battery charger immediately detected the battery as being bad, as the battery would not charge at all. After the battery would not charge, I happened to notice that there is a year of manufacture on the batteries and packaging (mine said 2019, and it is the middle of 2023) which made sense as to why the battery were bad. This is not only a HD problem though as I have had a similar issue with AMZ with the same batteries a few years ago, which is the reason I bought from HD. Unfortunately, HD no longer carries these batteries in store and so I could not get a replacement from the store and I no longer trusted purchasing from online again. I suggest checking the batteries right after arrival to make sure you get a set that hasn’t been sitting in the warehouse for a long period of time and you end up with an old/bad set like I did. I do think these batteries are pricey at nearly 50 bucks each. 1 star

This is the third one I ordered only to return again as they won’t charge. ☹️ Not happy!
