Great Door
This door was very easy to install, discounting the pain of drilling the mount holes through porcelain tile. The top and bottom guides are plenty long enough for cut to fit to an opening. The rollers for the glass were even preset in the proper position and I never get that lucky. Love the bronze finish. Was a great finishing touch to our remodel

Pretty satisfied.
The bottom piece that guides the doors is a bit off and the handle backs scrape.
BUT-we did miscut a piece and had to order a replacement. It was delivered in 3 days-VERY impressive

Hi Susan, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear you didn't like the color. Unfortunately, different screens and color settings can make the colors appear different each time. Additioanally, metal finishes can look different depending on the light they are in. You may view the same piece of metal in two different rooms and the color will look different each time as well. We recommend visiting a local Basco dealer in your area before placing an order to look at a metal finish sample in person.

Missing Pieces
I think the doors look good however I haven't installed them and may just return it. It comes with no accessories (Screws, mounting brackets, etc...) I contacted BASCO support via email and they never replied, it's been almost a month.

I was put on a waitlist for this item and...
I was put on a waitlist for this item and after a couple of months I got an email it was back in stock! $500 later I received my item, stripped/prepped my bathroom to install and the base of the frame is measuring 63 in (supposed to be 58 1/2). So beyond disappointed. Customer service was no help.

I received the door in great shape. The box was...
I received the door in great shape. The box was a little banged up but the packaging prevented any damage. The door installed easily and looks great. I was expecting it to be closer to the 70” advertised height, However it was closer to 68”. Wasn’t an issue with my install.

The glass in this shower door is thin and breaks/shatters very easily during installation. One door shattered. One door broke at the top where glider wheels are and the 3re replacement the tubing on the outer edge came off to reveal sharp cut glass.
Would not recommend this product.
Plus the 'replacement took over 2 weeks to arrive then it broke. Am still waiting for Home Depot to pick up the mess and issue a credit to my account
