I am writing to follow up on a recent review you posted on the HomeDepot.com website regarding the HCBG18T bit that you purchased. I apologize the bit did not work as expected. Were you using a hammer drill or standard drill? You can use these bits in a regular drill/driver, however, to achieve the best performance we recommend using the bit in a hammer drill. The vibrating action that you get with a hammer drill is what aids in the bit drilling through the masonry. You may return it to the store within 30 days from the purchase for not meeting your expectations along with the receipt.
