Easy to install and Work well.satisfied!

One line in, one line out, fill it up, plug it in, and hand-freezing cold water turned into glorious warmth. No delay in the hot water since it's right there under the sink.

I love this little water heater. My hot water heaters are both upstairs. I had to run the water at my kitchen sink for over 2 minutes before to he water was hot. Maddening!!! Now I have instant hot water when I need it with a constant reservoir of hot water. Heaven!!

I bought one of these, paid to have it installed snd within weeks it leaked at the the pressure relief valve. Replaced it, again paying to have it installed. HD took the first unit back, no problem. I hope the second unit lasts.

Went thru all the work of installing and the heater doesn’t even work! Does the manufacturer cover labor costs ?

Works perfectly and is a great solution to obtaining hot water instantly at the kitchen tap. Now we don't have to run the water for five minutes to get warm water, at best. The tank was easy to install and I also installed a discharge hose off the pressure relief nozzle back to the sink drain just in case of any pressure relief discharges. I plan to drain the tank every six months and examine the anode to ensure proper operation. Took up some room under the kitchen sink but it needed to be cleared out anyway. I also have leak sensors under the sink just in case of any future issues with connections, peace of mind, etc. Would NOT recommend the 2 gallon and the 4 gallon is perfect. Didn't opt for the 8 gallon since it was larger and had to be hardwired. You can get scalding hot water if you want but can adjust accordingly at the faucet or at the tank itself. I'm considering ordering another tank for the outside kitchen where I have the same issue with taking too long to get warm and wasting water. Highly recommend!

Heats water just fine,but doesn't maintain the temp that is set.

It's not putting out four gal of hot water as advertised.

The installation of the water heater went smoothly (took about 45 minutes) and within another 45 minutes it produced hot water! Sicne we only installed it last weekend, I can't comment on its long-term effectiveness.
