[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One morning, the dispay went wacko with all sorts of hierglyphics. Ordered a replacement display and a new electrode for the center burner. Also, the center burner is the largest and has 18,000 BTU. Not powerful enough for 5-gallon pots. Go commerical and get 23,000 BTU. You can do better, Bosch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great Range. Five burners with an extra hot one in the misfits great. The ranges of heat are great. Oven size nice, racks have a helpful handle. Warming drawer works well. My disappointment is that it doesn't have timed bake. I really like that feature and I never imagined a new oven that didn't have that feature. My husband surprised me with it & it was installed when I came home. If I had known it didn't have that feature, I wouldn't have bought it. Also, I would have preferred a double oven but my husband wanted Bosch and they didn't carry a double oven.

Also - there are are only a few stoves on the market that have “lip” that overlaps the counter - looks built in and stays cleaner too. The design is simple and sleek. I was not sure how I was going to like the stainless stove top for cleaning - but I can tell you that it is so easy! 5 gas burners and electric convection - it’s perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this dual fuel range about a month and have used most of the features now. We previously had an electric stovetop but have wanted a gas stovetop forever. In our recent kitchen remodel, we had gas brought in from another place in our house. We decided to get an electric oven because we have heard that gas ovens sometimes do not cook as evenly as electric. So this dual fuel setup was perfect for us. We love having 5 burners of three different sizes. I have never had a warming drawer before, and I used it recently when I made corn bread muffins earlier in the day and kept them warm until our dinner party -- they stayed warm and moist and yummy. The size of the oven is also larger than our previous built-in model, which became obvious when we were able to put two pies side by side on the same level, and two muffin tins next to each other as well. We also like the digital keypad right in front of the stove, so we don't have to reach over burners to use it. I see that if someone had kids (ours are grown), it is possible to lock the digital keypad which I would think essential to keep kids from playing with it. The stovetop also seems incredibly easy to clean -- something my husband has noticed and he's been cleaning it which is great. So, all in all, we are really thrilled with this range!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this range for a year now and I have sold 2 of my friends on it! It looks beautiful and cleans up so well it still looks new! I love the dual fuel ,gas on top electric in oven, heat is consistent everywhere! It's a little pricey but well worth it. Cleaning is easy , cooking with probe is the only thing I have to use manual for (confusing to operate)not as easy as my Kitchen aide range was. This is the best range I have ever had!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall it is great range - very solid in construction (like tank) and great cooking ability. Forced air in baking save time and provide even cooking on all sides. Down side - icons on metal front panel disappear after few clinings and worst thing - electric igniters for gas burners fail down. Already replaced 2 of them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first time I used the self cleaning option, water dripped down between the panes of glass in front and permantly left ugly marks. It takes forever to preheat. I have never had an oven that takes so long to reach temperature, even with the fast preheat mode. It is impossible to keep the stainless clean even with using the Bosch cleaner. I finally bought a black pad to put around the burners, so I don't need to clean and polish the stove top after each use. yet, I still need to polish the rest of the range too often. On the plus side, the burners are very srong and the convection oven is great. I really dislike the range.

Great on top with the gas burners and great control, easy baking, no real hot kitchen when I broil, bake, or roast using the effient electric oven. Keep it up Bosch. It is also heavy duty, goog looking the the flame detectors are wonderful. We love the electronic front controls and how the work. Don't have to reach over the gas burner when on to get to the controls now. Thank you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love our Bosch Gas Range, the oven is very good. The timer sound is not so great, can't hear it much at all and the front panel is a little touchy and turns on very easy but over all we really like.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dual fuel is the way to go and this stove is a champ and it looks good too. I do wish i waited and got the new commercial looking unit but this one is a keeper and i am not going to replace it!

Bought a new Bosch HGI8054UC gas range in Dec 2015. Bought it due to its great reputation. May 2020 the oven ignitor went bad and had to have it replaced - part cost and service call. Okay, this happens! Today, Feb 2021 same thing went bad again!. Really not happy with this - the part was covered by warranty but we had to cover the service charge of $150. First, I expected better quality from Bosch -then I called Bosch Customer Service and they said the part is covered but we will not help with another service call charge (another $150). What I see happening is we will furnish the bad part (only a 1-year warranty) but we will not help cover the cost to have our bad part replaced. Mr recommendation - do not buy this model range, probably discontinued. If this happens again we will certainly find a better product with which to replace the Bosch range. My personal recommendation, at best, two stars for product and customer service! Ken Cooper

This is a good stove, offering the gas cook top that I like with a electric oven that I prefer because baked, roasted foods brown better in electric ovens. Two Features I like are the warming drawer and the meat probe. Both work as advertised and are accurate. The burners have enough cooking power with the large one in the center being especailly powerful. Two small, one larger front and one medium besides the large one in the center is a good layout The stove is fairly compact so some of the largest baking sheets or pans may be crowded. Baking a small to medium turkey leaves room for only narrow and low profile pans. The only slight negative for me is that the oven seems to take a while to come to temperature, even using fast pre-heat. This is minor compared to the functionality, attractiveness, and overall quality of the stove. I would recommend this stove and would buy it again.

But this range has some drawbacks: Gas grills do not fit in my Bosch dishwasher; the oven seems too small; pans that I've used in other ovens do not fit. Trying to roast a turkey for instance along with some other dishes doesn't work (even small bird). Oven takes a long time to pre-heat, even with "fast preheat." GE range I have in another property heats up quickly and accurately. Also it seems easier to accidentally press in a burner dial and also the electronic panel. Good points: controls are easy to use, pretty intuitive. Stove is well insulated and gas burners have plenty of power for home use. Having 5 burners, three with more power, a plus. BTUs seem accurate. Warming drawing is a useful and temp control is accurate. All in all, I'm pretty satisfied with the range but for the cost, could be impoved.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We Love our Bosch Stove. It is Great for Cooking and also for Canning. It cleans up pretty good but you have to stay after it! You can also put four large pans on the stove with no isssues of covering the burners. My wife likes the Electric Stove because it is more consistant with the temperature. The knobs are not plastic and they do not malfunction because of the heat. Also the stove slides into the space and does not allow crumbs to fall down between the counter and the stove.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In 2008 we redid our kitchen and purchased a Bosch slide in. Doing some more remodeling and decided to update the range. Several elements of it are better now: the venting at the back, the depth of the oven, the design of the top (incl the fifth burner), and the substantial knobs.

For about 9 months it sat in storage during a remodel, and then after 2 months of use one of the burner switches was defective and started clicking whenever the stove is turned OFF. Been waiting for months to have this fixed through the Bosch claim process which has annoyed me and makes me want to rate this lower. Assuming though that my issue is rare, this product is closer to a 5. I love basically everything about it. The central burner is fantastic for high heat cooking and I like having it there as my range hood can very effectively extract fumes from that central spot. I haven't used the oven for that many things but it has been great for roasting meats and I found the built in thermometer to be accurate and really convenient. I also find that I use the warming drawer more than I would have imagined and it does a great job. Knobs feel very nice and the burners ignite smooth as can be. Looks very nice and I like having the lips that sit on the counter as any little gap that accumulates crumbs will drive me nuts. I'll update my review if I can get it fixed without repeat issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love our new stove. Am slightly worried about scratching the surface. Our prior kenmore had a black cooktop. However it cooks & bakes beautifully!

I bought this as a package. This is my first gas range and I must say I enjoy it. The convection oven option works really well, though the preheat time does take long even with the fast preheat option selected. The only negative to this one is that a griddle/grill pan was not included in the price. You can purchase one, but it should come with one at the price we paid for it. The knobs have a good feel and the control panel is nice.

Their change of mind saved me a lot of money and I was able to purchase this great stove. Love the convection oven features and the size. Although it has 5 burners it doesn't take up as much room as my other stove and is relatively easy to clean. So glad we bought it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having moved from MA to OH in the last year, we were upset to find that the kitchen had an electric oven and cooktop (GE). After a year, we saved enough to have gas plumbed into our house and purchase this stove, with electric oven and gas cooktop (propane). The burners are all great and the baking with the electric oven is the best we have seen and we had dual Miele ovens in our old house. This beats Miele by a mile. Our old cooktop was Dacor and this Bosch is much better. Now we have much better control of our cooking as we are cooking snobs!!

Great oven. Stove takes forever, 20 minutes, to boil water! Seems like the grates are far from the flame.

We make pizza from scratch...now we have "Pizza mode." The "multy rack" convection feature is fabulous for baking three pans of cookies all at one time, or four muffin tins on 2 racks. Nothing cooks like a gas burner and this stove throws plenty of heat. I LOVE this range.
