The filter was advertised by Home Depot to fit a Broan 505 exhaust fan. The diameter of this fan is 7.5 inches and the filter is 9.5 inch diameter. I does not fit and Broan does not have a filter to fit.

Received the filters quickly from Home Depot for my 40...
Received the filters quickly from Home Depot for my 40 year old bathroom fan and they fit just fine. Very happy with this purchase because I didn't think I was going to be able to find a replacement.
