Ordered online thru Home Depot. Shutter package arrived (very late in delivery) but noticed box was taped up on outside corners. Opened up box and mounting screws were missing. Took box back to Home Depot and they stared at box and asked me how I got this box. I told them it came thru the mail. They said stick on label on outside of box indicates unit had been returned thru Home Depot and sent back to vendor who should have checked out contents before issuing the product to me. Obviously, someone had returned the package but without all the parts and vendor just sent it out without checking the package. Home Depot accepted the return with no problem.

Not paintable. Saw on box after delivery. Should be flagged on website so more noticeable before purchase

Ordered white, but they are off-white or cream color and they are thin vinyl. They are adequate, but not near the quality that I’ve purchased in the past. I was glad I was able to get exact size I needed.

Not very sturdy, they warp in the full sun!

Ordered 67” received 64”. Used them anyway, but was not really happy about it. Did not want to return ,to wait and probably get same thing again. Once again, not really happy.

THIS IS THE SECOND SET OF THESE i HAVE BOUGHT AND INSTALLED. THEY ARE LIGHT AND EASY TO INSTALL. LOOK GOOD
