Judging by the reviews, it looks like a lot of people who bought this got plastic sheets, similar to the material used to make trash bags, with rubber bands to secure the sheets to the planters. But I received two fabric covers with drawstrings, identical to the ones that come with the planters.

New Improved design!
The covers I received this year are a much improved design from the plastic ones of the past. The material is similar to a weed block fabric with a drawstring around the edge to secure it instead of the rubber bands of the past. I'm hopeful these covers will stay secure and last all season long.

    Needs to be sold in-store
This is a critical part for anyone who owns CityPicker grow boxes. Necessary to replace at least yearly. HD needs to sell this in the store .

      Mulch cover set
Cheap enough, but still a waste of money. Both rubber bands snapped within 2 weeks. You would be better off cutting a black garbage bag to size and attaching it with small binder clips. That's what I am doing now and it works great.

Glad I found these online, can reuse my containers the same way as last year
Exactly what I wanted to reset up my containers. Got the right size plastic and rubber band. It isn't just a garbage bag as others said.

      One thing to consider
After reading the two reviews I want to make sure these folks understand that this is food grade black plastic and not made out of a garbage bag. This is special material that is not so easy to get. So far, all I can find for food grade plastic is a whole roll for 99.99

      Really!
It's only a black plastic bag that has been cut to size. I'll go to the grocery store next year.

      Not what was expected
We purchased the City Pickers grow box's last year and found them to be a good product. This year we started planting and used some of the City Pickers box's from last year but needed new mulch covers. Home Depot does not carry them in stock so we decided to order them from Home Depot's INTERNET services. We were very disappointed to find that we were provided nothing more than black plastic cut out with scissors and a large rubber band. When we originally purchased this product it came with a fitted mulch cover that had elastic sewn into the corners. Why would anyone pay to have black plastic shipped that had been cut out with scissors when you can do that for pennies at home. I also emailed City Pickers about this issue and have gotten no response. Very poor way to do business.
