easy install I only wish these heating units lasted longer, they seem to need replacing every 7 years or so.

Good product, well made, works great

May be small, but heats our 12x18 sq. Foot spare room. Had a baseboard heater out there before. This one uses way less electric montly and fan makes heat more even. Was skeptical at first. Thought it would be like heating room with a toaster. But no. It's very efficient. We're happy with it.

Had an electrician install for me. The fan is very quiet, a slight electrical hum can be heard when it's powered on but I don't think it's bothering anyone. MySa smart thermostat v2 pairs nicely with this device.

I was helped by a service representative in the store. The heater was completely wrong. Had to drive all the way back to return. It should employ people with knowledge or say I don’t know.

Putting out a lot more heat than expected. Installed in a 30-foot trailer. It is keeping it warm even with the temperatures down to 10 degrees outside. The blower is quiet and moves a lot of air. I used a wall mounted thermostat. Note I am not running it off of the trailer power. I brought in an additional 50-amp service to the trailer for the heater and other added electrical loads.

When you need a wall heater Cadet is the name. Electric resistance heating should not be your first choice. but if that is what you have and need a replacement this is a quality product. A heat pump system will save energy and money.

fairly simple install, once you have your drywall hole cut correctly. I recommend adding a 1"x3"x8" wood nailer to the top and bottom of the drywall cutout to provide backing for securing the unit using the 4 pre drilled mounting holes (2 top, 2 bottom) of the motor mounting chassis. works as expected, not too noisy a fan, no sone rating in the specs, my guess is a 2.5 alot of heat for a small footprint. I installed it in a bathroom exterior wall under the window, close to the floor above the base trim

Excellent heater. Heats up an otherwise chilly basement room in minutes.

Works great and was easy to install!

Unit was great for several years in our small bathroom. Over the last few weeks the unit has turned itself on 5 different times despite 60+ room temps. Once with my wife observing first hand. It recently ran for several days and we returned to find the bathroom in the 90’s. Scary! Have reached out to the manufacturer. Very nice on the phone - waiting to see how they respond.

Good product. No to noise

We have 2 doubles and now a single. They work as promised. No problems and easy to install. We had Baseboard heaters. With the fan it circulates the heat for a warmer atmosphere. And best of all less electric .

Doesn't come with the internal thermostat, just a plastic cap where the switch should be. So you either have to order that additionally, or decide on a wall mounted version, buy and install that type. The price for this unit is high enough it should have included the thermostat. I replaced an older 13 year old cadet that appeared to be almost identical to the new model. But didnot trust the old units internal thermostat enough to transplant it. Not a deal breaker, just another way of taking more money from the customer I think. And be careful when ordering the internal thermostat,2 models one that can turn off, the other you turn it all the way down for temp but it is always on. Not sure what the lower temp is when it kicks on, but when I want if off I want it off.

Very easy to install and is a great replacement for baseboard heat. My only complaint is that the cover needs to be a bit thicker as it warps easy.

My electrician said these back and get 240 volts. These are not efficient..
